Cancellation Policy
- All booking requests will be confirmed at a 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
- Full refund if cancelled before 15 days of the arrival date.
- 50% refund if cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date, or on day of check in.
- In case the property is not able to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances, we will provide you with a credit of the same amount which can be used for any future bookings.
- Cancellations made over high occupancy dates will not be refunded, owing to limited availability of rooms. (Weekends, festival holidays, peak travel season).
- Cancellation of packages and special offers are subject to the terms and conditions.
Property Policy
- Guests are required to pay 100% advance at the time of booking itself.
- Our standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and charges.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. PAN Card is not considered valid ID Proof at the time of check-in.
- Early Check-In must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
- Late Arrival must be duly informed at the hotel reception in advance. Hotel reserves the right to mark No-Show and cancel the reservation on no information of the guest's arrival within 3 hours of the Check-In timings. To avoid the same, guests must call the hotel and inform about their expected arrival time.
- In such cases for pre-paid bookings, the room must be held for the guests until 6 PM max and for unpaid reservations, until 3 PM max. Thereafter, rooms will be provided subject to availability. No refunds applicable.
- Extension of the stay would be provided on current room rates and are subject to availability. Current room rates may be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
- Pets are not allowed in any part of the hotel property.
- Standard and Premium Rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults only.
- Children up to 12 years of age can be accommodated with the guardians at no extra cost. However, children above 12 years of age will be charged an extra adult rate.
- Minors must always be accompanied.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hotel premises. In-house Café could be used for any meet ups.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to us prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
- Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with hotel reception.
- Guests will be provided with a room key only upon arrival and after completing the registration at the hotel’s reception desk.
- For any damage done to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, property., etc., by or due to guests themselves or their visitors or any other person for whom they are responsible, guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management.
- The hotel may deny further accommodation to a guest who does not prove to be decent and comply with the hotel policy and rules.
- It is not allowed to cause any disturbance to other guests nor cause any nuisance or annoyance on the hotel premises. It is agreeably anticipated that guests will conduct themselves in a respectable, civilized, and decent manner. Incase of any objectionable behavior, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the rest of the reservation without any refund.
- Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes requires written permission from the management. Any violation will be subject to prosecution.
- Guests are requested to observe and abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
- The right to admission is reserved.
